Whether you’re due for a lazy couple of weeks at the beach, you’re going to a wedding, or you just want to get fit and healthy; it’s never too late (or early!) to start exercising.
It’s been scientifically proven that exercise makes you happier, as it releases a chemical called Dopamine in your brain, triggering feelings of happiness. Exercising also helps you:
